I would not take my vehicle anywhere else! I have taken my RV there several times for chassis work. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable! Always upfront and they will not do unnecessary repairs.

I brought my truck to this shop because it was showing a derate, although it was still driving at normal speeds and not stuck in limp mode. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue as the DPF filter. I do a lot of work on trucks myself, so I wasn’t completely convinced at first, but they only charged me $175 for diagnostics, which I thought was fair. To be sure, I took the truck somewhere else for a second opinion. That shop tried to charge me $480 without even knowing what the issue was. They told me it might be the turbo actuator or the DPF, but they wouldn’t know until they tore everything down. I ended up paying the $480, and after six days they came back and told me exactly what the first shop had already said — that it was the DPF. The manager there was actually disappointed that it took his team six days to figure that out and refunded my money the next day. When I called for updates during those six days, my truck clearly wasn’t a priority. After that experience (FleetPride in Cumming — not recommended), I decided to trust the original diagnosis. Cindy and her team are amazing! I love how quickly this shop takes care of fixing our fleet trucks. Tuesday morning my transmission decided to take a dump. I called Cindy over at On Demand and told me to get it over there. They sent a wrecker, diagnosed it and literally the next day she’s calling to say it was done! Effortless and quick! This is what a small business owner needs to keep running.
